The theatre is easily accessible by bus and tram, and is a short walk from the metro and train stations at Porta Nuova.  

If you are coming by car please allow yourself time to find a parking space, since spaces are scarce in the immediate area. You can park in Piazza Solferino, a short walk to the theatre, or you can access an underground car park from Piazza Carlo Felice (opposite Porta Nuova train station) and drive to park under Piazza San Carlo. However, you will have to pay for this, whereas parking at street level is free on Sundays.
